OHSU ONA collective bargaining
The Oregon Health & Science University and Oregon Nurses Association teams met for their seventh mediation session this week at ONA.
OHSU and ONA reached tentative agreements on Article 19 (Posting and Filing of Positions), Appendix D (Transition to Practice Program), and Article 25 (Campus Access and Commute Services). ONA shared multiple responsive articles with OHSU, including on economics and staffing.
Going forward
OHSU looks forward to continuing discussions on these important topics. The teams’ next mediation session is scheduled for August 9.
