In a 2022 ASH meeting presentation, Rebecca Silbermann, M.D., discusses findings from the phase 2 GRIFFIN study, which evaluated therapy options for reducing pain symptoms for patients with transplant-eligible, newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Silbermann says: “We had reductions in fatigue, meaningful reductions in pain, improvements in patient's overall assessment of their quality of life, and there was a signal that there was even better improvement in patient's symptoms for those who received daratumumab in combination with the lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone."
